Nicola is a highly experienced business transformation leader and a multi-certified specialist: a Project Management Professional (PMP), Organizational Change Management Leader, a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ITIL, and Certified Supply Chain Professional. She has over 20+ years of experience leading business transformation portfolios in organizational culture, change management, innovative technology; ERP implementation; IT service management, new product development, and process initiatives. Across government, healthcare, consumer goods, high-tech, manufacturing, transportation, and not-for-profit.


Nicola is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in leadership. She holds an MSc. Degree in Management Information Systems and BSc. in Computer Studies and Management. Nicola is also an executive coach, corporate trainer, and business strategist. She has exceptional process improvement, technology implementation, people, and change management skills. Nicola leads with empathy and compassion to quickly build relationships, establish trust and loyalty, which helps inspire, influence, and ignite change. Most recently, Nikimac Solutions Inc (April 2020 – present), BC LDB (June 2019 – April 2020), Air Canada (May 2018 – Mar 2019), City of Toronto (July – Aug 2017), Nicola provide business analysis, project, and change management consultancy services to these clients.

Nicola defined, documented, solicited, and assessed the change needs and requirements to formulate and implement Transformation Strategy, Governance, Performance Measurement, and Portfolio of projects and actions. She identified, planned, and executed the appropriate mitigation strategies. Removed the change barriers, resistances, and risks to understand the root causes and address each situation to gain buy-in, adoption, and commitment. She used relationship, leadership, alignment, communication, engagement, awareness, and training tactics to shift behaviors, organizational culture, and mindset of the leaders, employees, and stakeholders. Nicola developed the Change Management (CM) Strategy and CM Plans (communication, engagement, stakeholder management, risk management, change assessment, training, coaching) to support implementing the Transformation Strategy impacting people, process, and technology. Nicola engaged senior executive leaders, directors, teams, and individuals using effective communication tactics and change management plans. Nicola has excellent written and verbal communication skills. She designed and developed creative communication deliverables such as emails, newsletters, branding, posters, brochures, promotional videos, presentations, landing pages, and other forms of communication materials targeted to the appropriate audience – the leaders, employees, partners, stakeholders.


Nicola is an excellent facilitator, empathetic listener, motivator, and inspirational servant leader. She coaches, teaches, empowers, equips stakeholders, elicits feedback, engages their input, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and risk management. She defines KPIs and develops measurement systems to monitor and report performance, progress, and benefits realization. She supports the executive sponsor, champions, and teams, providing change leadership coaching and development.
